Our Process

Phase 3 – Build

The building phase begins with the Project Manager ordering and receiving materials, coordinating any permits/engineering stamps or inspections, and finalizing structural details required to proceed. You’ll talk about workflow, tool location, staging area and schedule as well before work begins. When the project is nearing completion, we’ll schedule a final project review to go over any outstanding details.

While in your home, we’ll strive to maintain a neat and well organized work area that interferes as little as possible with your day-to-day family life. Our work space will be cleaned up every night, and will be kept behind plastic curtains whenever possible. Once the project is finished, the work we completed will be backed by a one year warranty.
